P9 involved the construction of a Year 7-9 learning Centre with specialist teaching spaces, including science, technology, innovation centre, visual/ performing arts, drama, and a design/ art studio. This project required high attention to detail regarding the reticulation of underground cabling to work simultaneously with the existing surrounding buildings.
