Santa Maria Performing Arts Centre included the refurbishment of existing music & drama rooms, external pavement works and interface between new & existing buildings. The project required us to dissect the internal wiring of an existing 50+ year old building and complete the new installation whilst ensuring minimal effect on the existing and functioning college.
